Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is for adults who are carrying the impact of trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, painful childhood experiences, or long-standing beliefs like “I’m not good enough.”

Sessions may include EMDR therapy, trauma-focused support, and direct, compassionate guidance to help clients better understand how the past is affecting the present. Erin’s work is focused and collaborative, with the goal of helping clients make meaningful progress without staying in therapy longer than needed.

This may be a good fit for clients who are:

  • Struggling with childhood trauma or emotionally unavailable parenting

  • Navigating PTSD, complex PTSD, or a single traumatic event

  • Feeling stuck in old patterns, reactions, or insecurities

EMDR Intensives

EMDR intensives are a focused option for clients who are ready to do deeper trauma work in a shorter period of time.

Instead of meeting only in traditional weekly sessions, an intensive allows for a longer block of EMDR therapy. This can be helpful for clients who want concentrated time to process trauma with clear support and structure.

This may be a good fit for clients who are:

  • Ready for focused EMDR therapy for trauma

  • Interested in a more concentrated therapy format

  • Traveling from outside the Denver area or scheduling around a busy life

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a supportive space for clients who want structure, connection, and a sense of not doing this work alone.

Groups can be especially helpful for clients who want to explore trauma-related patterns, practice new ways of relating, and feel more connected while doing meaningful healing work. Group therapy options may vary based on current offerings and availability.

This may be a good fit for clients who are:

  • Wanting connection with others who understand parts of their experience

  • Interested in supportive, guided group work

  • Ready to participate in a structured therapy setting

EMDR Consultation

Erin provides EMDR consultation in Colorado for therapists who have completed EMDR training and want experienced clinical support.

Consultation may include case conceptualization, questions about EMDR practice, support with trauma-focused treatment planning, and space to build confidence in the work. Consultation is available individually and in a group format.

Group consultation also offers the opportunity to connect with other EMDR therapists, learn from different clinical perspectives, and reduce the isolation that can sometimes come with trauma-focused work.

This may be a good fit for therapists who are:

  • EMDR-trained and seeking consultation hours

  • Working toward EMDRIA certification

  • Wanting support with trauma cases or complex presentations

  • Looking for connection and shared learning with other EMDR therapists

  • Working toward becoming an EMDRIA Consultant

Pricing:

  • EMDR individual consultation, 50 minutes: $175

  • EMDR group consultation, 90 minutes: $70
